Setting a label and there is one thing, but what if your MP3 collection is in need of a serious and deep massage to get things in order? MP3 Diags lets you dive into the bowels of MP3.

The creator of the MP3 Diags was frustrated by the limited number of MP3 repair tool was used and the number of them used incorrectly or insert your own labels in the MP3 tags. MP3 Diags is a powerful MP3 editor which allows not only to diagnose and repair the surface of the trouble with your MP3 collection, such as track numbers incorrectly, or names of songs, but dig deeper and allows you to repair such things as problems with the heads and other VBR hidden but important aspects of your music collection.

While we were impressed with MP3 Diags slap to the same kind of warning about what would be a program that lets you edit your Windows registry. Be sure to read the instructions before mucking around in your collection and make a backup before any heavy editing is strongly recommended.

If you are a little reluctant to mess around with MP3s, but really at least Diag albums, song names, and to clean the tracks of his collection, he really wants to see beyond iTunes to add Tune Up

MP3 Diags software is free and available for Windows and Linux.
