The Walt Disney Company, Marvel Entertainment has agreed to acquire in a transaction in shares and cash, the companies announced this morning. Under the terms of the agreement and based on the closing price last week from Disney, Marvel shareholders will receive a total of $ 30 per share in cash, plus approximately 0745 shares of Disney stock for each share of Marvel that they possess.
